REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All our garments and shipments are inspected meticulously before dispatch to ensure they meet our luxury standards. If you receive a product in a compromised state, kindly notify us within 30 days.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY – ACCEPTABLE REASONS: You can return your product within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged, torn, or received in a tampered package.

  • The wrong product or incorrect size was delivered.

  • An incomplete order with missing garments.

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN:

  • Worn, used, washed, or altered garments.

  • Original packaging (boxes, dust bags) or brand tags are missing or detached.

  • The Return/Replacement request is generated after 4 days from the date of delivery.

  • The Damaged/Missing product is reported after 4 days from the date of delivery.

  • Issues such as slight color variation due to screen displays, or a change of mind regarding the style, are not applicable for returns.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Notify us within 30 days of receiving your product and email images as proof to info@studiotreta.in. We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours.

  • In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.

  • After the garment is received and verified against the claim, we will initiate the replacement or refund. Please note: Replacement depends upon stock availability.

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds will not be issued if the garment returned is noticeably damaged/tampered with by you, if the shipping address entered was incorrect, or if original tags are removed.

  • Refunds will be issued if the product is out of stock, the shipping address is unserviceable, or you have paid twice for a single order.

CANCELLATIONS & PROCESSING TIME:

  • You can cancel your order anytime by emailing info@studiotreta.in before the order is dispatched. Dispatched orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and transferred to the original mode of payment (or provided bank account for COD) within 3-5 working days.

  • There is no processing fee for returns or replacements.
