1. ORDER VERIFICATION We may make calls or send SMS through a third-party platform to verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to ensure a smooth delivery process.

2. DND POLICY By registering your phone number on studiotreta.in, you authorize us to override the National Do-Not-Disturb Registry (DND). Even if your registered phone number falls under the DND list of the National Consumer Preference Registry (NCPR/NDNC), you voluntarily grant us the authority to call and send notifications regarding your orders and our exclusive collections.

3. LEGALITIES & LIABILITY We are not responsible for any concerns or damages once the buyer has received and used the item. If any harm or damage is incurred to the garments due to improper washing, ironing, or usage contrary to the care instructions provided, we share no responsibility.

4. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
